Prepare Website

In order to allow users to install the website, the files have first to be created. This process is called `publish web site' in Visual Studio. The corresponding dialog has to be called via the entry Publish Web Site in the menu Build in Visual Studio. In the following window (confer to Figure ), a location (choose `File System' in the window appearing when clicking on the three dots) to store the files has to be selected. Additionally it is essential that the option `Allow this precompiled site to be updatable' be deselected, otherwise the website will not work when called in the webbrowser.
